We can only give refund if you receive defective product/s from Brando Workshop and we can only replace defective product/s that are purchased from Brando Workshop and we will not be liable for purchase of wrong product.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the company management. Please submit your Return of Merchandise Request here before sending your return to us. All returned product/s must be in their original packaging including manuals; accessories and etc. must be returned.
